Overview

PaperMind AI helps organize paperwork and generate suggestions from documents you choose to scan, import or paste. PaperMind is not legal, medical, financial, tax or insurance advice.

Information Processed in the App

• Document text, screenshots, photos or PDF text that you choose to analyze.
• Extracted fields such as vendor, amount, due date, document type, reminders, notes and drafts.
• Subscription entitlement state provided by Apple's StoreKit framework.
• Local settings such as onboarding and monthly usage count.

Local Storage

PaperMind stores cases locally on your device. We do not operate a user account database for PaperMind, and we do not sell personal information.

AI and OCR Processing

PaperMind uses on-device OCR and document analysis in the current app. If cloud AI processing is added later, the app will disclose that flow and ask for consent before sending document content to a server or AI provider.

Subscriptions

Purchases and trial eligibility are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process payment and transaction information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Support

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message and attachments.

Deletion

You can delete local PaperMind data from inside the app settings. You can also contact us if you need help or want to request deletion of support messages you sent to us.
