Need help with FitPlate AI, subscriptions, account deletion, privacy, or app troubleshooting?

Subscriptions

FitPlate AI subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store in-app purchase. You can view, cancel, or change a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your account and ask for FitPlate AI account deletion.

Nutrition Safety

FitPlate AI provides general wellness estimates. Calorie, macro, portion, ingredient, and allergen warnings are approximate and cannot replace professional medical or nutrition advice.
